Hot off the buzz of The White Lotus, this campaign’s concept turned dinner into to a boutique hotel experience, with delicious dinner options at your fingertips. Customers tend to experience disrupted routines over the summer. They’re looking for fast, flavourful meals that still feel special and are drawn to global, summery flavours and lighter formats. We leaned into that feeling of being looked after when you’re at a resort to dial up the convenience angle. With multiple dining options perfect for summer, it reflected the abundance of choice and took the struggle of thinking about dinner off customers’ plates.

A particular success of the campaign was the popularity of the organic social videos, with ‘Mexicana’ (taco build) viewed by over 87k people and ‘Tropical’ (what are we eating this summer?) 65k, compared to Gousto’s average of ~15k.
